I met her in a mutually convenient place and she handled all of our transactions well. She answered all my questions prior to any work being done and gave me a fair price. Even when I had questions afterwards, she would call me back to help me out and I was able to resolve simple issues myself. She picked up both computers from my house and dropped them back off, which works out great for my busy schedule. I would recommend her to my friends and to anyone who wants quick service without a huge expense. I found Chris to be knowledgeable and feel that she educates her customers about the new technology out there and how to protect their computers from future problems. thanks Chris!!!!
