My computer had a "blue screen". I was told that it was unfixable until I spoke with Chris. She was concise with her thoughts on what needed to be done. I received an estimate and the final cost was below that! I was kept informed of the progress being made each step of the way. Chris always treated me the respect and courtesy in spite of my lack of understanding. I will recommend her to anyone that needs repair on their computer. I couldn't be happier with her services!! I actually have been dealing with this for about 6 months. I had a local computer technican, whom owns his own business, look at the computer. When it was returned it was slow and did not work well at all, as time passed it got slower and almost useless for opening items sent to me. Chris gave me a quote on fixing and updating it. Along with keeping in contact with me through the whole process her turn around was quick and the repair came in sustantially lower than was quoted! Chris at delawarepctech.com looked at my computer straightening out the problem and updating it. I will use delawarepctech.com should I have any other computer issues in the future. Thank you Chris!
