Looking for New Testimonials

I like to put testimonials on my site to help potential customers decide if they want to use my services.  I don’t make this stuff up!  I couldn’t if I tried.  My strengths are not with creative writing but rather with fixing computers.  Besides, anyone can tell when testimonials are fabricated.

In the past, customers have sent me their testimonials through an email and I then post it on my site:  DelawarePCtech.com Testimonials and a few more here.

Now, people can come right here and simply post comments to this post if they like to include opinions and feedback on the services they have received.

Basically, I just want people to know that they can feel confident because they have chosen a professional and courteous company in Newark, DE to help them with PC Repairs.

    My computer cancelled items when I tried to open them and returned me to the main screen. I actually have been dealing with this for about 6 months. I had a local computer technican, whom owns his own business, look at the computer. When it was returned it was slow and did not work well at all, as time passed it got slower and almost useless for opening items sent to me. Chris gave me a quote on fixing and updating it. Along with keeping in contact with me through the whole process her turn around was quick and the repair came in sustantially lower than was quoted!     When I look at my computer that is having problems, I’m sure that I must look like a deer caught in the headlights of an on coming car. My computer had a “blue screen”. I was told that it was unfixable until I spoke with Chris. She was concise with her thoughts on what needed to be done. I received an estimate and the final cost was below that! I was kept informed of the progress being made each step of the way. Chris always treated me the respect and courtesy in spite of my lack of understanding.
